If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 20 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product price subject to compliance with the Return Procedure. We do not refund any shipping or handling fees and we are not responsible for return shipping charges as these costs are solely incurred at your expense.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your receipt of the product and include your order #, copy of your original packing list, email address, home address, and phone number (including any applicable country and area code). In the Subject Line, please write “Return”.
We will verify your information and respond to your email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the address to which you should send your product.
Please use a shipping service with tracking capability and email us the tracking information after your shipment.
If you have a valid refund request, then your shipment must be received by us within 7 days after your receipt of the RMA number and no later than 20 days after the product’s original date of delivery (as determined by our shipping records).
To be eligible for a return, the returned product must not have been worn, be in a new, unused condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Failure to do so will invalidate and void the return.
If the product is accepted for return by us, then we will refund the net product price (excluding shipping and handling) within 10 days.
